Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our Millington, TN operation and serve as a strategic partner to site leadership. You will lead employee relations, talent initiatives, and the HR team for roughly 300 employees in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of HR leadership, strong knowledge of employment laws, and a hands-on, collaborative leadership style to drive change and build structured HR processes.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supporting operations in a field-based environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous business environments.
• Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and inspiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
• Lead, coach, and develop onsite HR team members.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Analyze workforce metrics and HR data to identify trends and support business decision making.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and help implement process improvements.
• Support both hourly and salaried employee populations in a high-volume operational environment.
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.
