Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and run full-cycle hiring for critical business functions. You will partner with business leaders, HR, and the TA team to forecast needs, build pipelines, and ensure high-quality hires while complying with laws and CEVA's standards.

You will serve as a strategic advisor on market trends, compensation considerations, and talent availability, while driving metrics and continuous improvement across recruiting

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive recruiting and talent acquisition
• Experience recruiting for management, senior-level, and corporate roles
• Leadership experience managing recruiters or recruiting programs
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions
• Strong understanding of TA best practices, analytics, and workforce planning
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans
• Manage and mentor recruiters and recruiting coordinators
• Forecast talent needs with business leaders and HR
• Advise leadership on recruiting trends and labor market conditions
• Develop recruiting metrics and dashboards to drive improvement
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for management, professional, and critical roles
• Drive proactive sourcing through multiple channels
• Define position requirements and interview strategies with hiring managers
• Ensure compliant, high-quality candidate assessments and offers
