Hernandez & Associates, P.C. seeks a hands-on HR Manager to own day-to-day people operations for a fast-paced law firm. You’ll guide employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and performance management, with room to grow into a strategic partner to leadership.

In this Denver-based role, you’ll partner with managers, handle investigations, policy administration, and training, while ensuring Colorado and federal employment law compliance; bilingual a plus, PHR/SPHR a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Colorado and federal employment law.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HR resource for employees, managers, and leadership.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and separations.
• Advise and coach managers on performance and development.
• Manage HR policies, records, and compliance with laws.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, retention, and offboarding.
• Use HR data to improve practices and foster a respectful workplace.
