TECBOMO in California is seeking an HR Manager/Specialist to own the full human capital lifecycle, including talent acquisition for technical and government contracting roles, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with FAR, DOL, and state regulations.

The role balances strategic workforce planning with hands-on HR operations across payroll, performance management, and development, reporting to the Executive Team, and working in a hybrid or on-site California environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in IT, MSP, or government contracting.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR or SPHR are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, SCA, and multi-state compliance.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll software.
