Job summary

Wintergreen Resort is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role focuses on growing knowledge of employee benefits, payroll, and HR compliance, with training provided. You’ll administer benefit programs, manage eligibility, assist with Open Enrollment, and process biweekly payroll in Paycom.

Qualifications

• Must be self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience in payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Familiarity with Paycom and benefits regulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Administer biweekly payroll through Paycom and ensure accuracy.
• Administer employee benefits programs and eligibility.
• Support annual benefit renewals and Open Enrollment.
• Maintain benefit documentation, notices and compliance records.
• Organize SharePoint to communicate HR information clearly.
• Assist HR reporting, audits and compliance projects.
