West Shore Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll and commissions, while guiding a team of payroll specialists and the Commissions Manager. You will own payroll processing, audits, system configuration, and process improvements, partnering with HR, Accounting, HRIS, and business leaders to ensure compliant, timely pay.

This full-time onsite role offers relocation assistance; requires multi-state payroll experience, CPP preferred, and a track

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education.
• CPP certification preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive payroll experience in a multi-state environment.
• 5+ years of leadership/management experience in payroll.
• Experience overseeing variable compensation and commissions.
• Advanced Excel and payroll reporting skills.
• Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS/payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of wage/hour, payroll taxes and compliance.
• Ability to lead through complexity in a high-volume environment.
• Two-factor authentication required for systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Payroll and Commissions functions with direct leadership and development of the team.
• Hands-on bi-weekly payroll processing, reconciliations, audits, and corrections.
• Oversee end-to-end commissions process and ensure accurate payments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR to resolve discrepancies and establish controls.
• Own payroll governance, procedures, approvals, audit controls, and continuity plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local wage and hour, payroll taxes, garnishments, and records.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for payroll processing and system configuration.
• Support acquisitions and integrations by validating compensation data and configuration.
