West Shore Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to lead and own the end-to-end payroll and commissions functions. This role provides direct leadership to the Payroll Specialists and oversight of the Commissions Manager and team, while staying hands-on with payroll processing, audits, and system configuration.

You will partner closely with Human Resources, Accounting, HRIS, and business leaders to establish strong controls, scalable processes, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education related to work experience required.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Payroll and Commissions functions, providing direct leadership and development to team members.
• Maintain a hands-on role in bi-weekly payroll processing, reconciliations, and audits.
• Oversee the end-to-end commissions process and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders to resolve commission discrepancies.
• Own payroll and commissions governance with documented procedures and controls.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour, payroll tax, and related payroll requirements; coordinate remediation as needed.
• Serve as senior SME and escalation point for payroll processing and system configuration.
