Job summary

The role focuses on employee relations, policy implementation, compliance with laws, and developing talent through training, coaching, and succession planning. Strong English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in HR or related field or 7+ years HR experience required.
• Master’s degree in HR preferred.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification desirable.
• 5+ years HR experience across major functions; senior management partnering.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advise managers on employee relations and conduct investigations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Provide training on interviewing, hiring, performance, and safety.
• Oversee compensation/benefits administration and communications.
• Support staffing, succession planning, and site expansion.
