Job summary

MSI Company is seeking an experienced HR Communications Manager to develop and execute internal communication strategies that align with organizational goals and boost employee engagement. The role focuses on consistent messaging, intranet leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to promote HR initiatives and a positive workplace culture.

The successful candidate will manage SharePoint intranet content, outline key messages (Goals, Values, Initiatives), and support organizational change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in communications, HR, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal or HR communications.
• Proven ability to develop and execute internal communication strategies.
• Experience with change management and crisis communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent messaging across the organization.
• Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure alignment of messaging.
• Develop and execute communication plans for HR-related crises with timely information.
• Provide guidance and training to managers on effective internal communication practices.
• Develop resources to help managers communicate with their teams.
• Establish regular leadership communication routines for transparent messaging.
