JCCGCI Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and hands-on HR support across multiple programs.

The role manages recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation, and HR operations in alignment with nonprofit best practices and employment laws. Working with the Chief Human Resources Officer and program leaders, you will help foster a positive, inclusive workplace and ensure consistent HR practices throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience and knowledge of employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employee compliance with organization policies and procedures.
• Serve as puntos contact for employee questions and conflict resolution.
• Coach management through employee relations issues and recommend actions.
• Conduct internal investigations to resolve employee relations issues.
• Oversee performance review processes and provide coaching on goal setting and development.
• Maintain HR records, including I-9s, background checks, and HRIS data integrity.
• Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership and Board reporting.
