Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Nonprofit/ social services experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with policy development, implementation, and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employee compliance with Policies and Procedures.
• Serve as point of contact for employee questions and conflict resolution.
• Coach and counsel management on employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct internal investigations as needed.
• Coordinate performance review processes and development plans.
• Maintain personnel records and HRIS data integrity.
• Generate HR reports and analytics for leadership and Board.
