Cacgroc in Rochester seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with the President and leadership to align people strategy with the organization's mission. This role leads HR across talent acquisition, total rewards, performance, engagement, and development, while ensuring compliance and scalable systems.

The position focuses on building an inclusive, resilient culture and uses workforce data to guide staffing and organizational design within a part- time, exempt framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field; 3+ years HR Generalist/Partner/Manager experience.
• SHRM-SCP credential and/or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience aligning people strategy with organizational goals and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develops a multi-year HR strategic plan aligned with mission, priorities, and budget.
• Leads workforce planning and succession planning with leadership.
• Establishes HR metrics and delivers analytics to leadership.
• Oversees payroll, benefits, and HRIS to ensure data integrity and cost control.
• Partners to support CAC accreditation and staff development.
