Qualifications

• Ability to be onsite in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute talent and organizational strategies that enable business performance, innovation, and growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, succession planning, and change management.
• Lead key people processes, including performance management, leadership development, talent reviews, retention strategies, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
