AVEC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions for our Alaska-wide cooperative, partnering with the CEO and leadership to implement strategic workforce initiatives that strengthen retention and engagement.

You will oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, HR systems, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to support a distributed workforce and uphold AVEC's values.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices.
• Experience with compensation, benefits and payroll processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and long-term improvements.
• Excellent communication and trusted cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR for AVEC, ensuring compliance with laws and alignment with mission.
• Partner with CEO and leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and annual wage reviews.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and development across dispersed teams.

Formação

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
