Qualifications

• Associate's degree and two years of progressively responsible experience related to the program specialty, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Manage specialized HR and payroll functions while applying University, federal, and state regulations.
• Interpret policies and procedures and communicate them effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to employees and connect them with appropriate resources.
