Job summary

Annie International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional for an on-site role in North Wales, PA. The candidate should live within an hour of headquarters and report to the CEO.

The position involves close collaboration with the CEO and senior management on HR initiatives, contracts, and policy updates. Key duties include drafting and reviewing employment contracts, maintaining legal documentation, handling sensitive information, and providing market research.

Qualifications

• 6+ years HR experience
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and executing employment contracts and agreements
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws for policy updates
• Experience coordinating with CEO and senior management on HR matters
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Work with CEO, HR team, and Senior Management.
• Draft, review, and/or execute employment, sales contracts and agreements.
• Work with Legal professionals to initiate, confirm, comply form changes.
• Create hiring agreements for inside and outside employees.
• Maintain and comply with contracts and legal documentation for CEO.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws for updating policies.
• Track and reissue trademark registrations.
• Work with HR to update employee handbook, manuals, and procedure forms.
• Directly work with CEO on projects.
• Provide market research on new and current beauty products (Import Genius).
• Set up meetings for CEO and internal team.
• Reconcile bank statements on C-suite credit cards.
• Act as a liaison between the property owner and tenants for bill collecting on business rental units.
• Manage CEO's emails when traveling out of country.
• Research on new businesses to acquire.
