Annandale Village is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, employee relations, benefits and leave administration, workers’ compensation, HR systems, and policy administration. Reporting to the CHRO, you will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, ensuring consistent, compliant HR practices across the organization.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, strong judgment, and collaboration with leadership to support talent strategy and a positive workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Working knowledge of employment law, benefits, leave administration, and employee relations.
• Experience administering employee benefits and FMLA/leave processes.
• Experience with HRIS systems and maintaining employee records.

Responsabilités

• Serve as day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employee concerns, performance issues, and documentation.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support audits, surveys, and regulatory requests.
• Collaborate with CHRO and leadership to improve HR practices.
