Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of managerial or supervisory experience in human resources.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Admin/Healthcare Admin or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HR administration, policies, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Lead recruitment, screening, onboarding, workforce planning, and staffing governance.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution; maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate performance management processes, evaluations, and coaching strategies.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, leave management, and payroll support.
• Ensure HR reporting, records accuracy, HRIS data integrity, audits, and governance support.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives; support leadership development.
• Serve as a resource to supervisors and managers on HR matters; contribute to strategic planning.
• Supervise HR staff; promote accountability and continuous improvement.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Five (5) years of progressively responsible human resources experience

Three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience
