Job summary

Middle Flint Health & Wellness is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR program administration. The role involves maintaining employee records, supporting workforce planning, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.

You will work to promote positive engagement and ensure compliance with employment regulations. The position requires an associate degree in HR or related field (or two years HR experience) and proficiency with Microsoft Office;

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years HR experience.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding, manage applicant tracking, conduct credential verification and background checks.
• Serve as HR resource for employees and supervisors; support employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Review timesheets, maintain payroll records, and assist with payroll inquiries; support timekeeping systems.
