Job summary

Helpside is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its internal HR team and provide strategic HR support to PEO clients. You will ensure regulatory compliance, develop HR policies, and drive high-quality service delivery across client accounts.

You will build strong client relationships, analyze HR data, guide on employee relations, performance management, and safety programs. A Bachelor's in HR or business and 5+ years in HR leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration.
• 5+ years of human resource management experience.
• Master's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• SHRM or PHR certified professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with organizational leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Leads development and implementation of HR policies and processes for the organization and clients.
• Oversees administration of HR programs including compensation, leave administration, employee relations and investigations, disciplinary actions, performance management, and safety.
• Analyzes HR data, workforce trends, and metrics using HRIS and reporting tools.
• Monitors compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and mitigates risk.
• Partners with clients to address HR challenges and provide tailored guidance.
• Delivers timely, solutions-oriented responses to inquiries and supports client satisfaction and retention.
• Develops and maintains SOPs for internal HR operations and client delivery.
• Directs daily operations of the internal HR department and manages priorities and accountability.
• Provides coaching and performance evaluations for HR team members.
