ForceSource is seeking a Human Resources Manager to guide people practices that help employees and teams succeed. You’ll lead talent acquisition, orientation, performance management, benefits administration, workforce planning, and employee relations, all while aligning programs with employment law and organizational needs.

This role blends hands-on HR management with strategic planning, project management, and handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources management and HR department operations.
• Knowledge of employment and labor law.
• Strong communication, project management, data collection, data entry, and confidential record-handling skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS and HR systems including platforms listed in responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruiting, HR sourcing, interviewing, and talent management; oversee employee orientation and succession planning.
• Manage employee evaluations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, payroll processing, and personnel administration.
• Advise on employee relations, conflict management, change management, organization design, and workforce management.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, affirmative action planning, workers’ compensation processes, and OSHA/FMLA requirements.
• Use human capital management systems and data analysis to support decisions.
