Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting HR in a unionized manufacturing, assembly, or distribution environment.
• 2+ years of experience of managing a direct team.
• This position requires ITAR compliance and U.S. person status.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an active member of the Jackson Leadership team and drive strategy and continuous improvement.
• Develop site HR strategy with objectives for leaders to drive culture, compliance and results.
• Lead HR targets for the plant and support corporate HR initiatives.
• Drive HR excellence through program deployment and adherence to the Eaton Business System.
• Develop and standardize HR processes and share best practices across the division.
• Guide leadership on policies, laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
