Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Manufacturing Engineers within HPWTs, using TalentHub and Development Plan processes.
• Guide daily tactical activities (DMRs, Scrap Analysis/Review, MCOs, MOCs) and strategic initiatives (PFMEA, TPM, Tool Management, transitions).
• Oversee project work including equipment procurement, upgrades, and 8D-based corrective actions.
• Ensure processes meet customer quality specs (AS9100, NADCAP) and comply with ITAR constraints.
