Eaton’s IS AER FMC division seeks a Human Resources Generalist to sit on-site in Jackson, MS. The role supports employee relations, benefits, training, and Lean initiatives to meet site goals.

Key duties include coaching managers, attracting talent across production and professional roles, and administering HR policies while ensuring data integrity in HRIS systems. Preference for MBA or HR master’s and manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited Institution.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources.
• ITAR-related US person requirement noted.
• Eaton does not sponsor work visas.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, communications, benefits, and training activities at the Jackson site.
• Coach managers and employees on HR tools to improve performance and engagement.
• Attract and retain talent in production and professional roles, partnering with local colleges.
• Promote Lean practices and standard work to improve processes.
• Administer and maintain HR policies and programs at the Jackson plant.
