Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in Human Resources.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information and U.S. person status.
• No immigration sponsorship or STEM OPT plans will be provided.
• No relocation support; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Jackson, MS.

Responsibilities

• Coach managers and employees to improve performance and engagement.
• Attract and retain talent for production and professional roles, partnering with colleges.
• Promote Lean principles and standard work across the plant.
• Develop HR policies to align the organization and manage talent.
• Administer collective bargaining agreement and maintain union relations.
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems and reporting.
• Support employee engagement and chair HR committees and iERGs.
• Collaborate with HR Services on transactional HR matters.
