Job summary

AMD HR is seeking an experienced HR Strategic Programs & M&A Integration Manager to drive high-impact initiatives that advance enterprise priorities, accelerate operational transformation, and support mergers and acquisitions integration.

This individual contributor role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering across HR and the business to translate priorities into actionable plans and scalable solutions that strengthen HR effectiveness.

Qualifications

Experience with HR COE, HRBP, HR Shared Services, or enterprise HR operations.
Experience supporting HR mergers and acquisitions integration activities, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, post-close execution, and stabilization.
Experience leading global HR programs, strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, and change management.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR and business stakeholders to assess challenges, align priorities, and develop scalable HR solutions for M&A integration.
Manage HR M&A integration activities across pre-close, Day 1, post-close, and stabilization efforts.
Develop and maintain integration plans, trackers, governance materials, and executive updates for alignment and execution across initiatives.
Drive post-close stabilization programs in partnership with M&A leadership and HR teams.
Implement process improvements to simplify operations and enable AI-enabled work.
Design and execute project plans with governance, change management, milestones, and success criteria.
Prepare concise, executive-ready communications on progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
