You will combine HR consulting, program management, and data analytics to support HR Business Partners and leaders across multiple organizations, delivering strategic programs and workforce insights. You will translate data into meaningful insights, guide HR programs such as performance management and talent planning, and partner with management to drive organizational effectiveness and employee

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Business Partner support, workforce analytics, or program management.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, summaries, dashboards, and reports.
• Strong HR operational knowledge and experience supporting talent management, performance management, and employee relations initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze workforce data and HR metrics using advanced analytics to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Develop executive summaries, reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and leaders.
• Link content across multiple disciplines to drive organizational objectives.
• Apply HR expertise to identify workforce trends and actionable recommendations.
• Lead planning and execution of cyclical HR programs (performance, compensation, talent, engagement).
• Partner with HR Business Partners to guide programs, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage project timelines, structures, stakeholder communications, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to enhance enterprise-wide HR programs.
