We are seeking an experienced Director of HR Integration to lead the people-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and business integrations for a growing organisation.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership opportunity for an HR professional with extensive M&A integration experience who can manage complex projects, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure successful employee transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR integration activities across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including due diligence, planning, and execution.
• Manage integration workstreams covering organisational design, talent, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and compliance.
• Partner with executive leadership, Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver effective integration strategies.
• Oversee talent assessments, employee retention strategies, workforce transitions, and cultural integration.
• Drive HR systems integration, data migration, and process harmonisation.
• Develop change management and employee communication strategies.
• Identify integration risks, establish project milestones, and report progress to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant hands-on experience leading HR integrations within M&A environments.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-functional HR integration programmes.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and employment compliance.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Desirable: Global or multi-jurisdictional M&A experience, HR systems integration expertise, and SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PMP, or Prosci certifications.
