Job summary

AMD is seeking a Sr. HR Advisor in Austin to partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders, translating workforce data into actionable insights and delivering enterprise-wide HR programs that drive growth.

You will combine HR consulting, program management, and data analytics to support HR Business Partners, manage cyclical programs, and influence decision-making across talent, performance, rewards, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• Experience in HR operations, analytics, or program management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and dashboards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and support decision‑making.
• Develop executive summaries, reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Link content across multiple disciplines and apply HR expertise.
• Lead planning and execution of cyclical HR programs (performance, compensation, talent, engagement).
• Provide guidance on HR programs, talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations.
• Manage project timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to improve enterprise-wide HR programs.
