Job summary

Talent Fund Select Partners is partnering with a growing professional services organization in the Charlotte area to identify a senior HR leader who will serve as the senior internal HR expert and trusted advisor to the executive team in a hybrid Charlotte, NC setting.

The role blends strategic HR leadership with deep functional expertise, ensuring people infrastructure evolves ahead of the business and coaching managers through complex conversations and employee-relations matters.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience as a senior HR business partner, HR leader, or functional HR owner.
• Experience serving as the senior HR resource within a growing organization.
• Hands-on employee-relations experience including performance management, PIPs, investigations, corrective actions, manager coaching, sensitive conversations, and separations.
• Ability to advise executives and senior leaders on complex and sensitive people matters.
• Experience building or improving HR programs, processes, policies, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading the overall people and HR strategy in alignment with growth objectives.
• Serving as a strategic advisor to the COO and organizational leaders on workforce and employee matters.
• Assessing HR capabilities and establishing a roadmap for future programs, processes, and infrastructure.
• Serving as the primary internal HR SME and escalation point for sensitive employee-relations matters.
• Guiding leaders through performance concerns, workplace conflicts, investigations, corrective actions, PIPs, and separations.
• Leading the evolution of HR policies, tools, and manager enablement.
• Partnering on compensation, benefits, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Developing HR resources, training, and practical tools to strengthen people leadership.
