Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in a related field is required.
- 6+ years of applicable leadership experience preferred.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose retention challenges and critical talent needs, developing local strategies.
- Lead labor demand modeling, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Oversee regulatory compliance and document compliance activities.
- Drive employee engagement, change management, and leadership coaching.
- Develop compensation strategies and collaborate on company-wide pay initiatives.
