Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, performance management, HR analytics and engagement.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to advise as a consultant on strategic and operational matters.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with maximum discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develops an integrated strategic HR plan aligned with organizational initiatives.
• Drives strategic HR initiatives as a proactive member of executive leadership.
• Oversees labor demand models, workforce planning and organizational development.
• Leads compensation strategies and annual decisions with a cross-functional team.
• Partners with leaders to deploy wellness programs and talent management across facilities.
