You will partner with executive leadership to implement workforce strategies, improve engagement, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, while promoting employee well-being and performance excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Working knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, performance, analytics and engagement is required.
• Effective communicator with strong professional and interpersonal skills is required.
• Ability to serve as a consultant on strategic and operational matters is required.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with maximum discretion is required.
