This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, payroll/HRIS support, benefits administration, and policy development to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role, with strong knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, investigations, coaching, and policy administration.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and documentation standards.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee recruitment: posting, screening, interviewing, selection.
• Coach managers on employee conduct, performance issues, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local employment laws; update HR policies and handbook.
• Administer payroll/HRIS, benefits, and leave management; generate HR and compliance reports.
• Develop HR programs to boost engagement, retention, and culture.
• Support safety programs and incident reporting; coordinate audits.
