Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union is seeking a Director of Human Resources in Honolulu, HI. This senior role leads HR programs, policies, and operations, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

The position manages compensation, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and employee relations, while driving development, engagement, and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
• Eight (8) years of progressive Human Resources experience across multiple disciplines.
• Five (5) years in HR management leading staff, programs and operations.
• Three (3) years administering HRIS, preferably ADP.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to align people strategies with organizational objectives and read payroll data.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Human Resources function for the credit union.
• Translate organizational priorities into effective HR programs, policies, and practices.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, payroll and benefits.
• Drive performance management, leadership development, succession planning and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliant and service-oriented HR operations and advisory support to management.
