Job summary

You will partner with managers to align HR practices with business goals, oversee onboarding, investigations, and training, and ensure adherence to wage-hour laws while fostering a positive culture. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HR experience with at least 2 in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and documentation standards.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
