Job summary

Lennox Commercial is seeking a strategic HR leader to support ~450 employees. You will lead two HR Generalists, drive workforce planning, succession, and leadership development, and partner with executives to align people strategies with business goals.

The role emphasizes change management, employee relations, data-driven decision making, and a focus on creating a high-performing culture. Office-based role in Texas with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of HR experience in large organizations.
• Strong business acumen linking people strategies to performance.
• Experience supporting distribution or field sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; relationship builder.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to business leaders on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, labor relations, and other people-related matters.
• Lead change management and drive HR initiatives and projects.
• Own talent agenda: succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and high-potential development.
• Identify and improve HR processes and service delivery; implement practical improvements.
• Manage cross-functional HR projects from planning through execution with clear timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Coach and develop HR team to ensure programs meet business needs and legal standards.
• Drive employee engagement strategies and action planning to build a high-performance culture.
• Leverage data and workforce analytics to diagnose challenges and influence decisions.
