Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a strategic HR leader to support approximately 450 employees across the Lennox Commercial HVAC business. You will lead a team of two HR Generalists and partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 8 years of related Human Resources experience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to business objectives.
• Experience supporting distribution, field sales, or similar business groups is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Experience handling employee relations matters with sound judgment and care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project leadership and ability to drive multiple initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner and coach to business leaders on employee relations and performance management.
• Lead change management efforts aligning HR initiatives with business priorities.
• Own and drive the talent agenda including succession planning and workforce planning.
• Identify HR process improvements and implement practical recommendations.

• Coach and develop HR professionals to deliver effective support.
