LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Senior HR Manager / Senior HRBP to advise leaders on workforce strategy, employee engagement, and organizational performance in a complex, fast-paced environment.

The role covers union and non-union workforces, labor relations, change management, talent planning, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Legal, and HR Operations. Strong negotiation and AI-driven approaches are valued.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience as an HRBP or similar.
• Demonstrated experience supporting union-represented employees.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with union reps.
• Experience interpreting and administering collective bargaining agreements.
• Ability to lead organizational change and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into people plans.
• Provide coaching and HR guidance on workforce, performance, and organizational matters.
• Use workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support organizational changes, restructures, and workforce initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs local to the business.
• Promote AI fluency and adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
