Lennar is seeking a collaborative Sr. Manager, Human Resources to serve as HR business partner for HR4HR, partnering with senior HR leaders to drive talent, culture, performance, and associate engagement across the function.

The role requires credibility, discretion, and the ability to influence at high levels in a fast-paced environment. The position focuses on coaching leaders, developing talent, organizational change, and aligning HR initiatives with business priorities.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of HR business partnering experience.
• Strong knowledge of EEO, ADA, FMLA, LOA.
• Ability to coach leaders and manage sensitive matters.
• Influence at Director, Sr. Director, and VP levels.
• Collaborative partner to senior HR leaders.

Aufgaben

• Serve as trusted advisor to HR leaders on talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and associate relations.
• Partner with senior HR leadership on strategic people initiatives and business priorities.
• Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, change management, and talent development.
• Navigate complex and highly sensitive associate matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Champion development and upskilling of HR talent through coaching and learning opportunities.
• Drive engagement, retention, recognition, and organizational health across HR.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, team restructures, and change efforts.
• Use workforce data to identify trends, risks, and informed recommendations.
• Partner with TA, Compensation, L&D, HR Ops, and HRIS to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Collaborate with Communications to shape HR rhythms and enterprise forums.
• Promote AI tool adoption across the HR organization.
• Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain current knowledge of federal/state employment law (EEO, ADA, FMLA, LOA).
