Lenze Americas Corporation in Uxbridge, MA is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to serve as a trusted partner to managers and employees, delivering broad HR support across recruiting, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.

The role leads full-cycle recruitment for entry to senior roles, administers Paylocity and SAP HRIS, manages onboarding and offboarding, benefits, records, and policy administration, while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years HR experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience, including full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, HR operations, and HR administration
• Proven success recruiting and hiring professional, technical, and management-level talent
• Experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other innovative recruiting strategies
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
• Partnership with leaders on performance management, development, succession, and employee relations
• Advanced proficiency with HRIS and ATS, preferably Paylocity & SAP, with ability to learn new technologies

Aufgaben

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and management-level positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and candidate profiles
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
• Source talent, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interview processes
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Prepare offer letters and support negotiations with hiring managers
• Execute recruiting activities with urgency to minimize time-to-fill
• Partner with managers to onboard effectively and drive retention
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the employee experience
