Responsibilities

• Build the financial case for hiring before the business team drowns.
• Build consensus across Talent Mapping and Lever owners who rarely agree.
• Align go-to-market plans with TechInnovate commercial strategy.
• Set targets for Savannah, GA teams and ensure fairness.
• Manage the People Management vendor relationship to prevent firefighting.
• Translate a scrappy business problem from whiteboard to a working pilot in Savannah.
