Job summary

RemX is seeking a hands-on Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations across a multi-state workforce. This role blends strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations, reporting to senior leadership.

You will develop HR strategies, lead recruitment, onboarding and development, ensure state compliance, manage employee relations and compensation programs, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR management experience (multi-state experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development.
