Job summary

QXO is seeking a senior HR leader to drive HR operations across multiple locations, developing a high-performing team and coaching leaders to align HR strategy with growth goals.

You will partner with senior business leaders, identify workforce trends, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies while maintaining strong field relationships and a focus on employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site or regional leadership.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support HR operations across multiple locations within the assigned region.
• Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, coaching and performance oversight.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with operational growth objectives.
• Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
