Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking a strategic Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and execution across multiple manufacturing and business sites. You will partner with site and functional leaders to align people practices with business priorities and strengthen organizational capability, while supporting a consistent employee experience across locations.

The role requires advising senior leaders, developing scalable programs, and hands-on problem solving in a technical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
10+ years HR leadership experience across multiple sites or business units.
Experience advising senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
Experience building and scaling an HR team and streamlining processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies to support performance, growth, and engagement across multiple sites.
Serve as trusted advisor to senior and site leaders and functional leaders.
Translate business goals into workforce, talent, and leadership strategies.
Assess organizational effectiveness and recommend structure, roles, and leadership improvements.
Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
Build consistent HR practices across locations while accommodating site needs.
Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; partner with leaders on engagement and retention.
