Job summary

CON-E-CO, an Astec Brand, is seeking a Sr Manager, Human Resources for the Blair, NE facility with responsibility across two additional Midwest sites (WI and KS). This onsite role leads HR programs, advises senior leadership, and drives talent development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will supervise HR operations, ensure compliance, and partner with site leaders to align HR strategies with business goals while maintaining strong safety and employee relations

Qualifications

• 8+ years of career experience in Human Resources.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Ability to influence others and partner with site General Manager and other Leaders.
• Professional HR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as business advisor on HR matters to the General Managers and Leadership teams.
• Lead initiatives for talent development, performance management and employee engagement.
• Oversee the talent acquisition process, including recruitment and interviewing for managerial and professional roles.
• Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs.
