Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for Moorestown, New Jersey operations. You will partner with plant leadership to align workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development across multiple sites.

This role requires influencing leaders, coaching managers, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, retention programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience at the manager level or in a comparable leadership role.
• Strong employee relations experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or operations-driven environment.
• Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR leader supporting multiple manufacturing and distribution locations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to an HR Business Partner while ensuring consistent HR support across locations.
• Partner with plant leadership on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Manage employee relations matters including investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and terminations.
