• Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Provide HR leadership and guidance by partnering with business leaders.
• Direct supervision and mentorship to Regional HRGs and HR Coordinators.
• Lead change management, communication, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Identify gaps in HR capacity and propose staffing solutions for growth.

• Ensure legal compliance, employee relations, and labor relations programs.
