Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to join a well-established manufacturing organization near Pittsburgh. You will partner with the CEO, Plant Manager, and senior leadership to shape people strategy, culture, and workforce planning in a 24/7 unionized environment of about 130 employees.

This role blends strategic leadership with day-to-day HR operations, including CBA administration, labor relations, recruiting, benefits, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including in a management role.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment with CBA administration and labor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic member of the executive leadership and production planning teams.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession initiatives.
• Oversee employee benefits programs and 401(k) plan administration.
• Partner with plant leadership to maintain productive labor-management relations and ensure compliance with policies.
