Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Knowledge of Oregon employment law and compliant HR practices.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting and workforce development programs.
• Strong ability to translate HR data into actionable business decisions.
• Proven capability to handle sensitive employee relations and policy interpretation.
